Shipping
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and dispatched from the United States within approximately 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are automatically calculated and collected at checkout to help avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
CILHUETE is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. CILHUETE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, CILHUETE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with delivery-related claims.
