RETURNS
We hope you love your order from CILHUETE. If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery through our online return portal at CILHUETE Returns.
To be eligible for return, items must be received back in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Garments showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, makeup, perfume, odors, hair, rips, or damage will not be accepted.
Once received, all returns are reviewed by our team before approval.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Full-priced items may be returned for:
• Refund to original payment method
• Store credit
• Size exchange
A $12 return label fee will be deducted from refunds issued back to the original form of payment. Returns for store credit or exchanges are exempt from this fee.
PLEASE NOTE
• Discounted or promotional orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only
• Items purchased using store credit may only be returned for store credit
• Sale merchandise, gift cards, promotional items, and marked-down styles are considered final sale
• Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and package protection fees are non-refundable
• Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on domestic orders over $250
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your return has arrived at our facility.
Prepaid return labels are currently available for U.S. customers only.
EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be exchanged through either a standard or instant exchange option.
Standard exchanges are fulfilled after the original item has been received and approved. Instant exchanges allow your replacement order to be processed immediately and may require a temporary authorization hold until the original item is returned.
CILHUETE reserves the right to refuse returns that appear excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intent of our return policy.
ORDER ISSUES
We kindly ask that all orders be inspected upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email help@cilhuete.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Claims submitted beyond this timeframe, or items returned without original tags and packaging, may not be eligible for review, replacement, refund, or store credit.
